For this classic pesto, I’ve used fresh basil leaves with authentic parmesan cheese, fresh garlic, cashew nuts, extra virgin olive oil and a splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice. These flavours pair perfectly with fresh pasta, baked potatoes or medium rare steak.  Can also be used as a convenient addition to a grazing platter.
